NS Pay
An in-app wallet service
The smarter way to pay and earn with NS Pay
NOVELSHIP is Asia's fastest-growing online marketplace, connecting buyers and sellers with authentic, limited-edition sneakers, apparel, and collectibles.
Before the launch of NS Pay, sellers could only request payouts for their sales income. To enhance the platform experience and create a seamless cash flow within the NOVELSHIP ecosystem, we introduced NS Pay—an in-app wallet service.
With NS Pay, sellers can now use their account balance to make purchases directly on the platform while enjoying exclusive discounts, maximizing the value of their sales income.

Adopt card design to enhance the sense of a digital wallet
V4
Refine the UI design of the transfer schedule
Final design
Apply skeuomorphism design to the card and improve the legibility of transaction icons
Request payout anytime
We took the opportunity to refine the design of the payout request process, focusing on improving clarity and usability.
By introducing a card-style layout, we organized the content more effectively while reinforcing the feel of a digital wallet.
The information was streamlined and reorganized to ensure sellers can easily and quickly review their account balance and transaction history, creating a smoother and more intuitive experience.
STEP 1
Check your NS Pay balance
STEP 2
Enter payout amount and select payout method
STEP 3
Confirm payout request
STEP 4
Review payout details in the transaction history
Before / After
The information structure of the existing transfer schedule is difficult to understand and the layout design is also confusing.
Bank info is not necessary here but takes up huge space on the first screen.
BEFORE
AFTER
We incorporated card design to organize the content and enhance the perception of a digital wallet.
The information was streamlined and restructured to make it easier for sellers to review their account balance and transaction history.
The same shade of color makes the screen feel crowded, and it is also difficult to distinguish the priority of information.
BEFORE
AFTER
Sellers have the ability to request a partial payout, allowing them to retain a balance in their account for future purchases.
We create the priority of information through the different shades of color for better focus and clarity.
